By visiting or booking through mitchtolnay.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your performance date. This covers preparation work and compensates for turning down other bookings for your day. The remaining balance is due two days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-initiated cancellations forfeit the deposit. In the unlikely event that Mitch Tolnay must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
Clients must provide venue access, a suitable power supply, and weather protection for outdoor events. Specific setup requirements are discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
For events outside the Illawarra / South Coast area, additional travel or accommodation costs may apply. These will be outlined clearly before any booking is confirmed.
By booking, clients consent to event photos or videos being used for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise in writing beforehand.
Mitch Tolnay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from performance or event conditions beyond his control.
