Hey, I'm Mitch! I'm a South Coast wedding musician and DJ based in Thirroul, just north of Wollongong.
The South Coast is home for me, and I've spent years playing weddings throughout Wollongong, the Illawarra and further down the coast.
I can look after the music across your entire wedding day, from live acoustic music as your guests arrive and your walk down the aisle, through to canapés, reception music and a DJ set to finish the night.

Rather than organising separate musicians for your ceremony and canapés and then another DJ for your reception, I can take care of all of it.

You've got beaches, escarpment, rainforest, farms, vineyards and some seriously beautiful wedding venues, all within a relatively small stretch of coastline. It also suits the kind of weddings I love playing.
My live sets are relaxed and acoustic, covering a mix of folk, indie, soul, pop and classics from artists like Jack Johnson, Paul Kelly, Vance Joy, Coldplay, Fleetwood Mac and Noah Kahan.
As the day moves into the reception, the music changes with it. After dinner, I switch over to DJ and we turn things up. We'll talk beforehand about what you love, what you definitely don't want played and the kind of night you want. From there, I'll read the room and keep the dance floor moving.

Being based in Thirroul means South Coast and Illawarra weddings are right in my backyard. I also regularly travel for weddings throughout the Southern Highlands, Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Hunter Valley, Canberra and beyond.

Every couple is different, and I want the music to reflect that.
Before your wedding, we'll talk through the artists you love, songs that mean something to you and the atmosphere you want throughout the day.
You can also choose special songs for important moments such as walking down the aisle, signing the register and your first dance. Depending on your package, I can learn up to three special songs specifically for your wedding and perform them live on the day.
The result should feel less like you've hired generic "wedding entertainment" and more like the soundtrack actually belongs to the two of you.

It depends on how much of the day you'd like covered—options range from ceremony-only through to a full day of live music and DJ. As a guide, most couples spend between $1,000 and $2,600 on their wedding music and DJ package. Get in touch with your date and what you have in mind for an accurate quote.
Absolutely. I can perform live acoustic music for your ceremony and canapés, provide music for key reception moments and then DJ later in the evening. You can also book me for individual parts of the day.
Yep. I bring the sound equipment required for my performances throughout your wedding, including separate setups where needed so everything can flow smoothly from one part of the day to the next.
Definitely. Depending on the package you choose, I can learn up to three special requests specifically for your wedding.
Yep! A lot of couples find me while looking for a South Coast wedding singer and end up booking me to look after the entire day. I perform live acoustic music earlier in the wedding before switching over to DJ for the dance floor.
It depends on you and your guests. Before the wedding, we'll talk about the music you love, anything you don't want played and the kind of atmosphere you're after. Then I'll read the room on the night and build the set from there.
